Designer Patricia Urquiola developed the collection together with a model maker, using handcrafted prototypes as the basis.

Form Meets History
The name Clivo comes from the Latin word for hill and refers to the design idea of ??removing material layer by layer. This creates organic lines reminiscent of the natural structure of bamboo. The stainless steel components capture this aesthetic and translate it into modern tableware.
